Does the other party have to be a Servagree member?
Yes, but you can start an agreement before the other party has registered. They will be emailed with registration instructions. Upon registration, the other party will have access to the agreement.

Can I edit my agreement?
Agreements can be edited prior to the approval of the other party. Once approved, agreements cannot be edited.

When will my agreement be approved?
When you start a new agreement, the other party in your transaction will receive an email with access to the agreement where it can be reviewed and approved.

What if my transaction goes bad, despite the agreement?
It is Servagree's role is to provide quick, affordable, independent, published proof that a transaction was supposed to take place between two consenting parties. If you have a problem with your transaction, we recommend seeking dispute resolution services, mediation, or legal assistance as necessary.
